Welcome to PlayAtTheRock.com, the home of Appalachian Football. The purpose of this site is to provide information about our championship program and proudly display our school, rich football tradition, facilities and personnel.

We are proud winners of National Championships, Conference Championships and numerous individual awards. However, there is nothing more important to our program than the development of our players and watching them grow into men of character. Academic success and personal growth are priorities and an Appalachian State degree is the ultimate goal.

TRUST and RESPECT are two mottos of our program. The coaching staff, athletic department and players all work together to compete at the highest level and be men of excellence both on and off the field.
